SEO or Search Engine Optimization, is one of the marketing techniques used by bloggers. It is a technique where in you will optimize your blog so that it will fit to the way the search engines rank the websites on their result pages.

Here's what the bloggers should consider in optimizing their blogs:

1. Title of each of the webpage. Each of the webpage of the blog should have a title. The title should contain the important keywords which you want your blog should be rank.

2. Meta Description. It is also important that each of the webpage of the blog should have meta description. This is to make sure that Google can use a proper phrase in describing the webpage when it is listed on the search result page.

3. Links. Each of the webpage of your blog should link to related webpage. It should use the proper anchor text when linking to a webpage.

4. Back Links. Bloggers should aim to gain backlinks to their blog. A baclink is considered as a vote.

Hindrances

There are many things hindering me to perform my blogging activities. It's a fact that is disturbing for days after successfully launching my blogs.

I been telling my self to at least set an hour for my blogging jobs but I just forget it until I went to sleep. It's been my first time since I was doing this. And when I successfully get a time for to blog, I am also suffering from mental block.

For your information, I wrote this blogpost up to this statement for almost an hour. I just lost words to write. I also lost ideas to blog.

So, just to finish this blogpost, I will just write anything, everything even if it is not giving any sense at all.

Before, I tried a note. I took note of the things that I should write. But I feel lazy at all.

I just hope that next time, I can post even better posts for you my readers.

Blogging Hiatus

It's been more than a month when I last posted a blogpost here. I never thought it's hard to maintain a blog. After learning the basics of blogging, I thought everything will be easy but it's not.

Blogging actually is not just about writing articles and posting them into the blog. There are many things that a blogging should do especially in marketing the blog so that people will find it.

During those days that I haven't done anything here, I am actually reading ebooks, articles, blogs and forums just to learn more about blogging and making money online. And I learned a lot. But I have the hard time implementing those knowledge.

Everytime I sit in front of the computer, I suddenly lost words that I should write. I got those ideas before I sit down but then when I am ready to type every letters of those thought, they're gone.

But a persistent one should learn lessons from it. I got an idea that I should always bring a pen and a paper or notebook. Everytime an idea plays in my mind, I should immediately write them down on paper. This is the only way to retain those idea. Then that would be easy for me to compose article out of those recorded thoughts.

And I am write. Before This article is the result of the collective thoughts I noted on my notebook. After all, a lesson is always there in every mistakes a man does.

By the way, I know that you are busy this days celebrating the holy week. Well, I am not that active as you in my religion. I don't know why but it seems that I don't really feel closer to God.

But, I do believe that everything happens in my life is with God's permission. God is good even to the people who are bad.

And I do hope that I can still be able to get success from blogging.

A Making Money Online Blog

I have read articles regarding the Filipino bloggers who are earning money through their blogs. Though I am not sure whether their income is high or not but I am sure that they find their living by just blogging on their own blogs.

Three of my favorite bloggers are the ones listed below. I sorted them via their popularity based on my understanding.

• Abe Olandres of Yugate Tech
• Marghil Macuha of Make Money Macuha
• Sustines Laplana of Make Money Online Blogging

And just like what I told you on my blogpost, "Welcome To My Blogging World", it's the latter really inspired me to blog.

Actually, I want to make this blog similar to his blog, a Making Money Online blog. But I think, it's not good to open a blog for that kind of topic in the sense that there are too many blogs around the world today that covers the topic. Because of this, the competition to the Google SERP is huge enough.

Talking about the Google SERP, I learned from these bloggers that traffic is very important for a blog to earn money. And the most convertible traffic to money is the traffic coming from the search engines especially Google. That's the reason why almost all bloggers or webmasters are trying to optimize their blogs and websites for the search engine, hoping that one day their blogs will be listed on the top most of the search result.

With this, if I will try to put a blog similar to the other bloggers, then I think, it will hard for my blog to top the search. Remember that I am just a new blogger compared to those who are already well established. 

If I will do so, it's like I am trying to compete with experts already.

Anyway, from time to time, I will post my journals related to how I earn money from the internet. Like I said, I am new to this business and there are many things that I need to learn. And once I learned things, I will write a journal about it and then post it here.

I just wonder if there are people who really read this blog. For now, I am thinking that it's just me who visit this and read my writings.

By the way, I also find it hard to write journals. It's not because that I don't know how to write, but it's because I sometimes forget what to write. And sometimes when I am already sitting in front of the computer I just opened my eyes and then do nothing.

Actually, I't my third time loging in to blogger.com trying to write and post a new journal. But I failed. I am just lucky today, that something came into my mind and my hands type those things which resulted into this journal.

I guess, I am not just the one who experienced it. Maybe those who are expert and professional writers are also experiencing like this. I just don't know how they cope up things. I just don't know what the've done just to overcome such problem.

And did you know that I finished this journal for hours? A thoughless article is written for hours. Kind of a funny, isn't it? But at least I have it. It's my second article actually for the entire blog.

Welcome To The Blogging World

I think, I need to welcome my self to the blogging world. This is of course my first blog. It is also my first blogging experience.

Many people are already engaging in blogging. I heard it from the national TV and someone called Yuga is already earning $6000 from his blog. I also read from the national paper of a blogger from Southern Leyte in the name Sustines Laplana who is also blogging for money.

Hey! the latter came from a not so known place in the Philippines yet he is receiving a decent income by simply blogging about anything. Thus it mean that I can be like him too?

Well, of course. Success in many different things depends on the hard work of man. But we all know that secret ingredients to that: they are knowledge, hardwork and passion.

Knowledge? I am still in the process of learning things about blogging. I read a lot of materials published in the internet. And judging from what I digested from those reading materials, I can cope up with those bloggers who are already blogging for years. I just need to continue reading and learning. These are the process that man should not seize just like what the professional are currently doing. Even if they already reached a certain point that they can tell them selves as successful yet they continue to study things upgrading their knowledge so that they can farther enhance their skills and talent.

Hardwork and Passion? Sometimes, hardwork and passion go hand in hand. Those who have passion in something led him to be hardworking in that field. And those who are hardwoking usually have their passion in that certain field.


If these three ingredients to success will be equip in me, then success is not really that far. Someday, you'll be seeing me successful.
